GVR Cabs – Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a tour cab booking. Please read our cancellation and refund policy to understand the terms and conditions:
1. Booking Cancellation by Customers:
After reviewing all the information about the cab tour package, including package inclusions and exclusions, features, and our service promise, customers can book a tour cab by paying an advance payment of Rs. 500.
The remaining payment for the tour cab package shall be paid to the driver on the day of the tour.
Please note that we do not issue any refunds for customer cancellations or “No Show” situations. The advance payment of Rs. 500 is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by GVR Cabs:
While it is highly unlikely, in rare situations, we may need to cancel a tour cab booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that we cancel a tour cab booking from our end, we will promptly issue a full refund to the customer’s account within 7 business days.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The actual time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
